We really like the neighborhood and Stevensville area. We love our home and we feel it is very well constructed. Kent & Mark have been great to work with, if we have had any problems they have solved them quickly. They are currently covering our patio and doing a wonderful job. David and I have had the pleasure of having you for our builder. A year ago we were hesitant to build a home because we were new to the area and did not know any builders. I was initially impressed with your professionalism and friendliness. You were approachable and took the time to hear what our needs were and met them. I also felt your team of workers and contractors have been outstanding.
I will never forget moving day when my brother and his friends put a gash in the wall moving a sofa. I saw you across the street and ran to you for help. You sent a crew through our home and repaired the damages and re-painted areas we had nicked for no cost. It was at that time I knew without a doubt we had made the right decision to work with you.
Since then we have been able to depend on you and your team for any help we have needed. Recently, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy and my husband and I were overwhelmed with the amount of work a newborn takes. Seeing our need, your partner Mark Rohm arranged for our yard to get mowed-it was mowed that afternoon as a gift to us. We were grateful.

Hello my name is Jody. I am a resident of Wyndstone Estates, and have been lucky enough to have lived here for a full year. When I first moved here I had just undergone major brain surgery and was still in the recovery stages. I was also living alone with my three children. I was so lucky to find my neighbors came to my rescue many times, brought dinners, helped with my children..., almost unheard of anymore these days. I consider myself by far to be in the safest and highly regarded neighborhood. Lakeshore is also one of the best school districts by national standards. It was an excellent decision and I can't tell you how proud I am to call Wyndstone my home.

Where to begin... We can't begin to say how wonderful our moving experience has been to Wyndstone Estates. We have had nothing but terrific experiences with Kent Hardin and Chelsie Corporation during the purchase process, but even more importantly since moving into our home. Kent and Steve have always been friendly, helpful and willing to work with us in any situation. Most recently Kent's expertise made our shed building project go much smoother. Kent was under no obligation to assist us with this project, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
We highly recommend Wyndstone Estates and Chelsie Corp to prospective buyers looking for quality homes in a family friendly neighborhood.

Dear Chelsie Corp Team,
We are entering a new year and this is the completion of our first year in the Wyndstone/Stevensville community. We moved here last year during the holidays frantically as I sold my Detroit area house faster than expected and needed a place to stay in this area quickly. My wife had her heart set on one of the home styles that Mark presented, however, we did not have much time. Mark, Kent and the whole team worked overtime and were able to put our house up (still not built) and get us in right before Christmas. We didn't have to spend Christmas in a hotel and for that we are eternally grateful. The kindness/flexibility that Mark & Kent showed throughout the moving process made my family and I feel very comfortable about the people in the area and the quality of life available on the West side of the state. The response for any changes, additions, requests, repairs, have been right on time and convenient for us throughout this year.
